EXPERIENCE

U.S. Army: Tank-Automotive Research, Development and Engineering Center
• Devised initiative, through discussions with customers, to migrate complex business practice into a managed collaborative environment (Windchill) based procedure. Created improvements in worker productivity, data accessibility and management visibility of the entire process using customized workflows and InfoEngine reporting.
• Worked in partnership with team of developers to create a robust software solution for a specific customer’s needs. Ensured that code was developed in a modular fashion in order that it could be reused easily for future clients’ projects.
• Marketed team’s services to potential customers by utilizing formal meetings, presentations and facility tours to sell the company’s resources and capabilities. Worked with supervisors to create business proposals and work agreements with customers.
• Developed set of standard operating procedures and best practices for the efficient use of the company’s services. Conducted training sessions with the customers to facilitate their understanding and acceptance of the new processes.
